for students in Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Registration forms need to be completed by Sun, May 31 at the end of the 9:30am Mass (This is needed to prepare properly for those attending.). Forms will be available at the church entrance soon. Don’t be left out because you failed to register on time.
Registration Fee is $10.00 per child or $25.00 for a family with 3 or more children. If registration fee is a burden for any family, contact Fr. Bruce F.
Youth and adult volunteers are needed. All volunteers must be Safe Environment training. Contact Lori Brown or Adam Horbovetz for more information.
